Founder named as “an inspiring UK entrepreneur”

Business Leader magazine selects TRUEinvivo founder and CTO, Dr. Shakar Jafari, as one of the UK’s most inspiring entrepreneurs.

We were delighted to discover that our founder, Shakar, has been included in Business Leader magazine’s “Meet 30 of the UK’s most inspiring entrepreneurs” article back in October this year and we and she never knew! The magazine highlighted Shakar’s entrepreneurial background in Afghanistan and the fact that she founded TRUEinvivo and had the idea for our core technology and products. Nigel is the COO of TRUEinvivo. He was a software engineer before founding Pixology plc. which provided in-store and online picture ordering systems worldwide in the new era of digital photography including the first in-camera correction of red eyes. Pixology floated on AIM in 2003 and Nigel left in 2006 to start Passionate Innovation Ltd. He also became the visiting Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the University of Surrey where he met Shakar Jafari in 2015. Nigel was a consultant to another medical devices company before joining TRUEinvivo.
