He was a software engineer before founding Pixology plc. which provided in-store and online picture ordering systems worldwide in the new era of digital photography including the first in-camera correction of red eyes. Pixology floated on AIM in 2003 and Nigel left in 2006 to start Passionate Innovation Ltd. He also became the visiting Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the University of Surrey where he met Shakar Jafari in 2015. Nigel was a consultant to another medical devices company before joining TRUEinvivo.
